Anthony has over 15 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked for firms in London, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. Anthony sits on the tribunal for AFL Queensland, was a founding committee member and treasurer of the 4556 Chamber of Commerce and former board member and current active member of the Dicky Beach Surf Lifesaving Club. Anthony is also a registered migration agent.

Tammy completed her Bachelor of Laws at QUT in 2014 and is admitted to practice in Queensland. Tammy currently volunteers at her local community legal centre, and has also spent time in not-for-profit legal organisations where she has gained experience in various areas of law. Tammy joined Miller Sockhill Lawyers in October 2014, and practices predominantly in the areas of commercial and property law. She is currently completing her Master of Laws and majoring in Commercial Law.




Nicole graduated from Griffith University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. She is admitted to practice in Queensland and the High Court. In the initial stages of her career Nicole practiced in corporate and property law before specializing in litigation. Nicole completed her legal training at a renown top-tier Brisbane firm before working for several years at Crown Law. Nicole joined Miller Sockhill Lawyers as a litigation lawyer in July 2013. Nicole has worked for a variety of clients including individuals, small, medium and large corporate clients and government departments and agencies. Nicole has significant experience in personal injury claims. Her wider litigation experience includes industrial and employment law, commercial litigation, insolvency and debt disputes, dispute resolution, insurance and risk and compliance.




Rachel completed her Bachelor of Laws at QUT in 2015 and is admitted to practice law as a solicitor in Queensland.  Prior to being admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, Rachel has previously worked alongside top Australian migration agents, gaining experience in various areas of migration law during her employment at a specialist migration company.  Rachel has the skills and the experience to assist all of our clients with their specialist visa, migration and immigration needs.  Rachel has an interest in languages, and has studied various languages across the Institute of Modern Languages, the University of Queensland and Griffith University.




Wayne completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Wayne draws on a wealth of experience having developed and run a number of successful businesses throughout Queensland and Australia. Wayne approaches legal practice by obtaining a firm understanding of clients’ needs and implementing practical solutions.

Wayne has particular interest in contract and commercial litigation, with a focus on building & construction, debt recovery and insolvency.  Wayne has volunteered for the Sunshine Coast Community Legal Service since 2010 in Maleny and Landsborough and more recently in Maroochydore and Noosa.




Kerry is our firms practice manager and has over 10 years’ experience in working within law firms on the Sunshine Coast. Kerry has a wealth of knowledge in both residential and off the plan contracts, and offers a personalised approach to conveyancing.

Wendy has 42 years of accounting experience and brings this wealth of knowledge to her role as accounts manager at Miller Sockhill Lawyers. When not balancing the books Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and her cats.




Melissa has worked for the firm for over 20 years.  Her  current roles include reception, assisting Anthony with secretarial duties and handling conveyancing and estate administration matters.

Her experience and capable, down to earth manner ensures she is an asset to the firm and its clients.

When not working Melissa enjoys spending time with her young family out kayaking and lunching with friends.




Sandra efficiently looks after the administration of the Deceased Estates department in our office. She has lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast all her life and has over 40 years of experience in this field. Estate administration is her expertise and has an understanding of all facets of administration including Probate, transfer and sale of share portfolios, redemption of Bank accounts, transmission of real property and all other assets held for distribution in accordance with the Will. While Sandra is very professional you will appreciate her sympathetic and caring nature during this difficult time. Our firm has always been an expert in the field of estate administration and we can assure you of the best service. In her private life Sandra is a private piano teacher and works with education of children, belongs to a large family and enjoys playing with her cats.




Bruce was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a lawyer in 1986. He has over 25 years experience as a lawyer on the Sunshine Coast.
