Anthony Miller is the Principal Lawyer of Miller Sockhill Lawyers and has over 15 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked for firms in London, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.
Anthony sits on the tribunal for AFL Queensland, was a founding committee member and treasurer of the 4556 Chamber of Commerce and board member and current active member of the Dicky Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.

Tammy is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team of Miller Sockhill Lawyers. Tammy has a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws in Commercial Law and is admitted to practice in Queensland. She provides clients with innovative solutions across a range of commercial matters, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses, business structuring, commercial leasing and complex property development and body corporate structuring and regulations.
Tammy has a particular focus on property development and projects, advising clients on their due diligence, acquisition, structuring and disposal of residential and commercial development sites, and enjoys advising on commercial leases.
Her clients vary from private property developers and corporations to charitable organisations, bodies corporate and individual business owners. She is adaptable, personal and tailors advice to her clients individual circumstances, an approach which has allowed her to foster strong working relationships with longstanding clients.

Rachel completed her Bachelor of Laws at QUT in 2015 and is admitted to practice law as a solicitor in Queensland. Rachel currently works as a member of the Commercial Property team, advising clients on a broad range of matters including business transactions, property transactions, body corporate matters, leasing, and developments. Previous experience in migration law means that Rachel particularly enjoys assisting foreign acquirers navigate the various regulations in place when purchasing property.
Rachel is currently completing her Masters in Applied Law, and volunteers at the local community legal centre.

Daniel is a Solicitor working in the firms Commercial Litigation and Sports Law departments with admission in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Daniel’s experience in Commercial Litigation includes experience in the fields of contract disputes, debt recovery, building and construction disputes, bankruptcy, insolvency, intellectual property and more.
In the area of sports law, Daniel holds experience acting for sporting organisations and athletes alike in several areas including contract drafting, advice and negotiations, compliance issues with government commissions, doping matters and more. Daniel is also an active member of The Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Association (ANZSLA).
Prior to his studies in law, Daniel completed a bachelor of Biomedical Science with a minor in Medical Microbiology. Daniel’s studies in science provide him with a unique insight into doping related matters and allows him to quickly and efficiently understand the offence which an athlete or support staff has been charged with.
Outside of his work in the legal profession, Daniel also works as a professional sports commentator in the sports of mixed martial arts and surfing. Daniel is currently part of the commentary team for a mixed martial arts promotion broadcast on UFC Fight Pass (the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s online streaming platform) and also works with state, national and international surfing organisations as a commentator for internationally webcast surfing events.

Tracy is a Solicitor working in the firms Family Law, Domestic Violence, Wills & Estate Litigation, and Employment Law departments with admission in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
In the area of Family Law, Tracy comes to us with knowledge and experience in all areas of family law including parenting orders, divorce, and domestic violence matters. Prior to being admitted as a solicitor Tracy volunteered for 6 years with a community legal centre in Brisbane gaining invaluable experience in all areas of family law.
Tracy’s experience in Wills & Estate Litigation and Employment Law includes drafting wills, enduring power of attorney, advanced health directives, family provision applications, unfair dismissal claims and unpaid wage disputes and more.
Tracy graduated from Griffith University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice. Tracy also holds Diplomas in the areas of Child Protection and Youth Work and has previously been an approved foster carer for vulnerable children in our community. Tracy is passionate about advocating for the rights of her clients and is able to tailor advice to suit individual circumstances.

Eleanor is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property Team, and assists our Senior Associate Tammy Wills, and Lawyer Rachel Clutterbuck, throughout a range of Commercial matters, and residential transactions.
Eleanor primarily focuses on the property development projects, and property transactions, however will often assist other Commercial matters (business transactions, body corporate matters, leasing etc).
Eleanor enjoys working as a part of a team to ensure that all matters and transactions are completed smoothly.

Sheila comes to us via the UK and New Zealand. Sheila began her legal experience in Queenstown working for the NZ Police then switched to the dark side to work for a criminal defence lawyer. 10 years ago she hopped over the Tasman and took up a position at the Maroochydore Courthouse in the State Reporting Bureau and later as a Magistrate’s Clerk.
More recently Sheila has worked in general practice, gaining experience in commercial property law, leases, business law, body corporates, deceased estates and succession law, conveyancing, bankruptcy and insolvency.
When Sheila isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her partner and meeting up with friends and just generally enjoying the Sunshine Coast life.

Estate Administration Paralegal
Sandra efficiently looks after the administration of the Deceased Estates department in our office. She has lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast all her life and has over 40 years of experience in this field.
Estate administration is her expertise and has an understanding of all facets of administration including Probate, transfer and sale of share portfolios, redemption of Bank accounts, transmission of real property and all other assets held for distribution in accordance with the Will. While Sandra is very professional you will appreciate her sympathetic and caring nature during this difficult time.

Jane Little - Legal Receptionist
Jane has over 20 years’ experience working in legal firms in various roles including in the capacity as a legal secretary assisting with commercial leasing, wills/estates and management rights and more recently as a conveyancing paralegal handling residential conveyancing files from a-z and off the plan developments.
Jane’s current role at Miller Sockhill Lawyers includes reception and assisting Anthony with secretarial duties. Her experience, versatility and attention to detail ensure she is an asset to the firm.
Outside of work Jane enjoys keeping active with her family and young children.
