Anthony Miller is the Principal Lawyer of Miller Sockhill Lawyers and has over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked for firms in London, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.
Anthony sits on the tribunal for AFL Queensland, was a founding committee member and treasurer of the 4556 Chamber of Commerce and board member and current active member of the Dicky Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.

Natalie Cox holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Science and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland. Natalie has over 10 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked in firms in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Tokyo before joining Miller Sockhill Lawyers in 2020 to become a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law team.
Her experience working in a top Japanese law firm and with multinational and fortune 500 companies has equipped her with invaluable experience and a different perspective in all areas of legal business. Natalie’s focus is on strong client relationships and her clients value her input and expertise in major business decisions and transactions.
Natalie has experience in commercial, property, body corporate & intellectual property law.
Damon completed his Bachelor of Laws through Central Queensland University and is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland. Prior to admission, Damon worked for 4 years gaining knowledge and experience in Criminal Law (including Legal Aid) and Domestic Violence and Property Law.
Damon is a member of the Commercial Law team and advises clients on a variety of matters, including Commercial Litigation (including Neighbourhood/ Fencing Disputes/ QCAT/ Debt Recovery), Property Law and Commercial Law. Since commencement at Miller Sockhill Lawyers, Damon has found that he has a passion for Commercial Law and is currently completing his Masters in Applied Law (Majoring in Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property Transactions).
Damon has been actively involved in the Legal Community, wherein he created The Young Lawyer Podcast. In the podcast he discusses with Senior members of the Legal Profession their journeys and the advice they would pass on to younger members or those looking to join the Legal Profession. Virginnia was admitted as a solicitor to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2015. Virginnia has practised criminal and family law, has started a small business and worked in a domestic violence service previously, giving her a wide range of experience and perspectives.
Virginnia joined Miller Sockhill Lawyers in March 2022 and practices in family law and also employment law. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and focuses on building strong client relationships through mutual trust and communication.
