Anthony Miller is the Principal Lawyer of Miller Sockhill Lawyers and has over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked for firms in London, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast and is admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.
Anthony sits on the tribunal for AFL Queensland, was a founding committee member and treasurer of the 4556 Chamber of Commerce and board member and current active member of the Dicky Beach Surf Lifesaving Club.

Rachel completed her Bachelor of Laws at QUT in 2015 and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Rachel advises clients on a broad range of matters including business transactions, property transactions, body corporate matters, leasing, and developments. Experience in migration law means that Rachel particularly enjoys assisting foreign acquirers navigate the various regulations in place when purchasing property.
Rachel completed her Masters in Applied Law in 2021 and volunteers with the local community legal service.
Virginnia was admitted as a solicitor to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2015. Virginnia has practised criminal and family law, has started a small business and worked in a domestic violence service previously, giving her a wide range of experience and perspectives.
Virginnia joined Miller Sockhill Lawyers in March 2022 and practices in family law and also employment law. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and focuses on building strong client relationships through mutual trust and communication.
After completing a Bachelor of Laws at QUT and being admitted to the supreme court in February 2023, Grace decided to embark on a legal career fueled by the desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
With a strong foundation in personal injury law, Grace is now excited to transition into the dynamic world of commercial law.
When not in the office Grace can be found on the hockey filed, enjoying the thrill of competition. Camping, running and now mastering the art of surfing are some of Grace’s favourite past times.
